Front is pretty heavily inked with signs of brush strokes slightly throughout but mostly around the outer edges of the inked area. All the stencil lettering is intact and easy to read. There is a patch on the street number in the address, which could be from an address change or a mistake by the stencil maker. I have highlighted this in pictures with the red arrow. On the back is the number 1162 written twice boldly in ink, which I believe is the store number. *$2 bill is for size reference and is not included in the sale.
