Description: WPW10197428 Start Device. Attaches directly to compressor. Purchased new for $74.85 but bought a new refrigerator instead. The start device was for a Whirlpool refrigerator, but will work in many designs. It is an Embraco start device, and has not been used. I am including the 12µF run capacitor that IS USED, but reads good at 12.05µF. My compressor was bad, so I bought a new refrigerator. Selling the start device, and including the 12µF run capacitor with that I no longer need.
