This bird has turquoise blue head and neck with applied clear wings along with tail all done in the Sommerso technique The bird extremely well done measures 7 1/4” long, 3 3/4" high This Circa 1950s Archimede Seguso bird sculpture or figurine can be used as paperweight . The bird is featured in the Murano Zoo under "Birds by Archimede Seguso 2.
