Item is in excellent condition for it's age with no rips, tears, stains or holes and is unworn and unwashed. Shirt has a single graphic on the front, is 100% cotton and Made In The U.S.A.. Photos 8,9 and 10 show what may appear to be a stain or discoloration on the shirt, but this was from a spot on my camera lens, and there are no imperfections in those areas of the shirt.
