Description: This product is a vintage, hand-made folk art whirligig featuring a man sawing wood. It is made of wood and metal and was likely created in the 1930s or 1940s. The whirligig is designed to spin in the wind and can be used as a decorative piece as opposed to leaving it outside to deteriorate. The whirligig features a multicolor design. As you can see from the photos, the propeller is not attached to the main section. I did include a photo looking down in the hallway, where the propeller would attach, and it appears to have the metal shaft so I believe with a little work, this could be put back together in working condition easily. In display condition, even more easily!
