He holds a bachelors degree in Art History with a focus on Indigenous art; a masters degree in Art History; and a masters degree in Library and Archival Science. He works and lives in Vancouver, BC. Corrine Hunt (Gwawina) has been designing jewelry since 1985. In 2010, she codesigned the medals for the Olympic Winter Games. In 2011, she won the National Aboriginal Achievement Award for her artistic contributions and for serving as a role model to Indigenous youth. A member of the Raven Gwawina clan from Tsakis, Vancouver Island, she now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
