The Works of Edgar Allan Poe The Cameo Edition 1904 8 Volumes Missing Vol 2 & 9

Description: Greetings! Up for sale are "The Works of Edgar Allan Poe" The Cameo Edition, Funk & Wagnalls Company Publishing 1904 Copyright. Incomplete set - missing Volume 2 and Volume 9 (out of ten volumes). Previous church library books - All have stamps on the exterior text blocks along with stamps/black line marks /residue of previous stamps on front and back end pages (see photo showing example), all have a stamp at lower margin on page 22 and all have the volume written in pencil on upper margin of title page - see examples in photos. Net binding exposed under most of the free end pages at front of books, with some separation of end page (see photo 17 showing example), and I noticed two of the volumes had net binding exposed at center of books - see photo 18), otherwise all pages are intact in all volumes except for a partial detachment of page 97 of volume one (photo 19), and volume 10 is missing the overlay page to the title page (photo 20). Other noted imperfections - see photos: Some fraying on cover corners and spine edges, fading on the spines and overall (can vaguely see the indented titles on spines), with varying degrees of soiling and/or small scuffs to covers. Volume 4 water exposure to the front and back covers that bleeds in some of the margins or edges of front of back pages (photos 21/22). Volume 6 page 15 with a lower corner missing (photo 23). Volume 8 water exposure and/or staining to cover and has two areas of a few pages (front and back) that have perforated upper edges (example photo 24). Overall the antique books are still in good shape, except for what is noted above all pages are in good clean reading condition, free of any pencil or pen markings.
