Description: This lovely of driftwood was hand-selected from the shores Puerto Rico.I cannot tell you the type of tree/wood. But it is loaded with nooks and crannies, lots of holes and beautiful wood grain.Measures a little over 21" long, and just under 4" wide at its widest point.Weighs about 11 oz.This piece has been rinsed off but just with water. I also lightly brushed it to remove debris. I have not used any cleaning agents so as not to contaminate. I cannot attest to the presence of any microorganisms, possible contaminants, etc...the wood is in it's most natural, rustic state.I am not an expert on driftwood but I will answer all questions honestly, so please ask before purchasing. I cannot offer any guarantees on specific uses and I expect the customer to be responsible for the suitability of driftwood for their intended use, so ask appropriate questions if necessary! Thanks.
