Measurements are 12 1/2 inches from top of skort to bottom hem, waist area is 15 1/2 inches laying flat across, hip area is 17 inches. Shorts have an inseam of 3 inches, leg opening of 9 inches, and rise of 9 inches. Has pocket on the back with a zipper for closure on the waistband. Has two baby pockets, one on each side of the waistband on the inside. The shorts have soft rubber around each leg to keep shorts in place. Unfortunately, the care of/made of tag has been cut out. So I'm not 100% sure what material was used to make or which country this skort was made in. In my opinion, it does have a polyester and spandex feel.Has been machine washed and has been in the dryer. Please double-check the measurements for a perfet fit since I can't find the size tag.
