It will come with 31 sealed bags:3 bags of tracks, 1 baseplate bag, 3 of bag 5, 3 of bag 6, 4 of bag 7, 2 of bag 8, 3 of bag 9, 5 of bag 10 & 7 of bag 11.It will come with 2 bags of loose bricks with brick separators. We do not have the time to build the set...comes as is. It will come with the manuals BUT NOT the original box - see pictures (I am taking the box out and lowered the price to ship it in a smaller box to save $).
