Near Mint: Only the slightest signs of having been worn. To most peoples' eyes, indistinguishable from new without tags. If there is any notable flaw, it will be indicated, and it wouldn't be noticeable when worn.Excellent: Very light wear. Generally, would not be noticeable when worn. Would have some notable defect that would be detailed or general fabric wear. Good: Wearable condition with detailed flaws. Fair: Not good at all. I would only sell an item with this grade if it is rare. Poor: Basically a rag. Likely not wearable. I would only sell an item like this if it is collectible.
