This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/jagged in many areas and perhaps oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one tiny hole that I could see.
