According to The Acaeum website info, I believe this is the 6th print from 1981. Cover has TSR Face logo, Added 'Adventure Games" under "Advanced D&D in the angled yellow banner, "Monster Manual" title is slightly lower than the 5th print run. Spine has "Advanced D&D in white lettering. Now states "Adventure Games." States "by Gary Gygax." The ISBN and TSR product number are on spie and rear cover, ISBN alone appears on bottom of title page. Endpapers and flyleaves are white. Still states "4th Edition August 1979" on the copyright page. The textual change in the preface (pg 4), adds "co-authored with Dave Arneson" (a direct result of the lawsuit between TSR and Arneson).
