Description: You will receive 6 +1 mix female and male fancy guppies and fancy endlers. I will do my best to give an even mix on genders of both fish. These were line breed fish but they recently got mixed together. (There are more guppies then endlers in my tank) I only shipped on Monday or Tuesday depending on location of buyer. This is subject to changed based on Holidays during week etc. - A message will be sent to you for any changes made regarding shipping. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE It guarantees that your fish will be delivered alive and healthy. In the unlikely event that you receive a perished fish, do not worry. You can choose to a refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. In order to receive the refund, I require a clear pictures within two hours of the first delivery attempt. 1 picture of the fish still in the unopened back and 1 picture of the fish outside of the bag. Please Note: The 2-hour window means you must send the information within two hours of receiving your fish. We will get back to you as soon as possible but it may not be within that 2-hour window. Nevertheless, I will honor the Live Arrival Guarantee. Additionally, in order to receive the Live Arrival Guarantee, you must be home to receive your fish on the first delivery attempt. Also the plus 1 fish is not covered under live arrival guarantee. That is extra just in case any do not make it through shipping. Acclimation Process: To acclimate your new fish, start by floating the unopened bag inside of their new tank for 30 minutes. Next, open the bag and pour the water and fish into a net over a bucket, then add the fish to their new aquarium. Do not add the water from the bag into the new tank
