Description: Hello, you are looking at a vintage 1979 architect rendering of a building in Los Angeles, California. This building is actually located at 1201 larrabee in West Hollywood. It is still standing. This is a neat piece of Los Angeles history. It’s 27.4 inches long and about 16 inches tall. I believe this may be one of the final renderings that they printed onto a wood plaque as you can see from the photos. Maybe to show the final representation of what it would look like when it is built. Either way, it’s a very cool piece of art With a little bit of history of Los Angeles tied into it. From the research I have gathered this was made by John Siebel associates architects. Apparently they made quite a few buildings in the Los Angeles area in the 70s and 80s. Please refer to photos for the condition. It is an awesome display piece, but does have some imperfections as this was just stored away in a storage unit for many years. Has some slight scuffs here and there but nothing that really takes away from it.
