The 898cc opposed twin engine and five-speed transmission were rebuilt, and the bike received a Keihan exhaust system, a high-performance camshaft, a Thunderchild diode board, a Euro-spec handlebar, hard-sided panniers, and dual front disc brakes. Additionally, the brakes, suspension, seat, and wheels were rebuilt. The fuel tank, fenders, headlight bucket, and side covers were refinished in Glasurit Deep Black paint with Gloss White pinstripes, while the frame and various components were powder-coated black. The dual front disc brakes feature anodized and rebuilt calipers, a rebuilt master cylinder with a 17mm bore, a new fluid reservoir, and stainless-steel hoses. The rear drum brake was cleaned and fitted with EBC shoes. The fork and Koni shocks were rebuilt, including Progressive Suspension springs, a Boxerworks top triple clamp, Timken steering head bearings, and a stainless-steel steering head nut. The Magura Euro-style handlebar is mounted via risers framing an adjustment knob for the hydraulic steering damper. The dash houses a MotoMeter 140-mph speedometer and a matching tachometer with a 7,100-rpm redline, alongside indicator lights for brake failure, neutral gear, generator, oil pressure, and turn signals. The five-digit odometer shows 79k miles. Additional updates include new cables for the choke, throttle, clutch, speedometer, and tachometer, and a PIAA horn.
