Each of these differences can and have been "worked around" since 1995 when our manufacturer first made this tank available. The "work around" could be drilling new holes for the included strap kit, it could be removing an original skid plate to use the included strap kit and/or it could be finding a piece a fuel hose to work in one of the three different sections of fuel filler neck pieces from the tank to the side of the vehicle. Installation may take a restoration specialist/fabricator to install if a master mechanic says it's not possible. **As you can see, Jeep had multiple versions of their filler hoses when it came to these vehicles. It is strongly recommended to inspect the original fill hose on the Jeep and then compare to each of our hoses before ordering a hose. We do not have a fuel tank vent hose available at this time. A fuel grade hose (by the foot) with an I.D. of 3/4" should be sufficient for a vent hose. Save downtime and order corresponding parts in one order! Warranty This tank is covered by a five year warranty. MTS polyethylene gas tanks are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five years from the date of purchase. We will replace any tank shown within five years from the date of purchase to be defective in materials or workmanship. No other warranty is made or expressed or implied. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of replacing the tank. No labor cost, loss, expense or lost opportunity suffered or incurred by any person or entity directly or indirectly arising from the use of any of our products is included or covered by this warranty. Parts other than tanks supplied by MTS Company, L.C. are covered by the above terms except that the period of coverage shall be one year. The use of any tank or other part on a vehicle other than the model it was designed for voids this and any other warranty coverage and is neither recommended nor encouraged. This tank is also covered by a lifetime warranty against rust. MTS polyethylene gas tanks are guaranteed against rust through of the tank for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed.
